This program guides you through the fundamentals of posture, walking, and running. You will have hours of fun interactive warm-ups and movements with the lovable character, Bean Boy that guide you every step of the way.

The goal is to have you know how to properly move your body before you perform any extra curricular activities, and prior to your participation in sports.

Moving Properly Day 1 – This episode we will go over the very basics of the proper body movement with a small introduction to lunges.  Total time 18:36.
